Refund policy

7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an exchange for a similar product or a full refund.

What qualifies for a replacement

  • The product does not work or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery
  • The product arrived physically damaged
  • You received the wrong item, model, color, or quantity

What does not qualify

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or incorrect installation
  • Screen protectors, lens protectors, and back skins that have already been applied
  • Earphones, earbuds, and headsets that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty (for hygiene reasons)
  • Change of mind on opened products. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; in this case, the return delivery cost is paid by the customer.

How to request a replacement

  1. Email us at phonehubpkcom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, send the product back with its box and all accessories. We will ship your replacement as soon as we receive and check the returned item.

For faulty, damaged, or wrong items, we cover the delivery cost both ways.

Refunds
Since all orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Brand warranty
Some products include a manufacturer warranty, such as the 1-year warranty on the Login L-603 and the 12-month warranty on the Faster PD-C10. Warranty details are listed on each product page. After the 7-day replacement period, warranty claims are handled according to the brand's warranty terms, and we will help you through the process.

First copy products
Products described as "first copy" or "style" are covered by the same 7-day replacement guarantee for faulty, damaged, or wrong items.
