Who is it best for?

Anyone who takes a lot of calls: shopkeepers, delivery riders, drivers and office workers. The single earbud keeps one ear free.

Can I listen to music?

Yes, but it is mono (one ear), so it is mainly designed for calls. For stereo music, choose earbuds or a neckband.

How does the retractable cable work?

Pull the earbud out to use it, and the cable retracts back into the body when you're done.
